This third professional coaching competency is focused on the coaching agreement and how to use it as a tool for working with clients.

I understood the topics and explanations in this chapter well. However, there were many parts of the exercises in this chapter that I could not relate to. I guess that's how sensitive the content is.

Wow, every time I think I know, this course puts me back on track. Biggest takeaway was to NEVER assume, but to listen actively and use the client’s story to help them find their own way.
