This third professional coaching competency is focused on the coaching agreement and how to use it as a tool for working with clients.

I wanted to like the broken up pretend coaching session with questions, but the questions didn't match up with what we were seeing. Section 8's correct answer was "Ask a question that will help Cherie measure what success looks like for this new goal." But Coach Christine instead asked, "You said you wanted to put together some boundaries. Have you managed to do that?" That doesn't line up. Christine kept Cherie focused; seems smart given we only have 25 minutes. But the correct answer to the question was to follow the rabbit hole. What's right here?
